Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Smart TV Setup LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting our TV mounting and installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide in-person, physical installation services including:

  • TV wall mounting on drywall, concrete, or brick
  • Cable management and concealment
  • Physical setup of Smart TV features (no remote software access)
  • Home theater system installation

We do NOT provide software troubleshooting, activation codes, or remote technical support.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments require 2-hour time windows
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • No-shows may incur a $50 rescheduling fee

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted upfront before service begins. Payment is due upon completion via credit card, cash, or digital payment. Prices may vary based on TV size, wall type, and location.

5. Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship and mounting hardware. This covers defects in installation but not damage caused by user handling, wall settling, or acts of nature.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for incidental damages, TV damage during pre-existing conditions, or issues unrelated to our installation work.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where service is performed.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
